I'm somewhat of a customer service snob so it goes a long way to say Page Insurance embodies what great customer service should look and feel like. Instead of making you feel like you're interrupting their day, they make you feel like you're the reason for their day. Whether I have been on the phone or in the Page Insurance office I have been constantly impressed with the individualized care I have received and watched others receive. If you want a surprisingly pleasant, hassle-free insurance coverage experience, go with the Page team.
I am astounded to see all the 5 star ratings. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever encountered with an insurance agency. Incompetence on every level. Call backs take forever. Total lack of communication, unless you call and email several times. They couldn't even cancel the policies in a timely manner when requested after being fed up with the total mismanagement of our policies. Don't waste your time. Go straight to Geico yourself. You'll get better rates anyway.
