We are a family-owned insurance agency that has been operating as an independent agency since 1998. We are licensed in Idaho and many of the surrounding states and currently serving over five thousand clients. Our clients depend on us to provide the ultimate “Peace of Mind” knowing their insurance protection needs are being met. We are VERY good at what we do. As an independent agency we represent more than one insurance carrier and we work on behalf of our clients “Shopping The Market” saving them both time and money. We have an outstanding team and are one of the top producing Personal Lines Insurance agency in Idaho. As a direct result we take on average 150 calls per day. About The Job…

Customer Service Rep: Your duties will include taking inbound phone calls that are routed to you by the receptionist to help our client. Many of the calls are billing questions and policy changes that require processing into our client management system by updating software fields.
